About us
Christopher Linger and Maricela Soberanes are principals at Up Plex Capital LLC. Accredited Real estate investors. Having built a personal portfolio valued at over $100M, they’ve created significant passive income for themselves and their investors by finding the best properties today’s market can offer. Maricela has a business degree and a successful medical service business since 2015. Chris has an MBA, twenty-seven years of active duty Navy services (ret), now full-time apartment syndicator.

Junio fue un mes muy ocupado y productivo para Up Plex. ¡Aquí está el resumen breve!
Creemos que la asociación y la diversificación son dos claves para invertir con éxito. Proporcionan estabilidad a tu portafolio de bienes raíces y diluyen algunos de los riesgos de este negocio.
Por eso, siempre estamos buscando oportunidades para asociarnos con socios de calidad para aprovechar el conocimiento mutuo y crecer juntos. Este mes iniciamos una asociación que tiene un gran significado a nivel personal. Mi hermano, quien ha estado invirtiendo pasivamente en proyectos a corto plazo, se unirá a nosotros en una asociación a largo plazo en otra vía de REI. Gracias, Victor y Nina Alves, por invitarnos a ser parte de su exitoso negocio de parques de casas móviles como socios. Chris y Victor estarán realizando la debida diligencia y estamos emocionados por llegar a la mesa de cierre. Se presentaron sorpresas muy agradables durante el período de debida diligencia. Hay espacio para aumentar el flujo de efectivo poco después del cierre y el parque viene con una casa nueva que ya está lista para ser ocupada y una franja de terreno que podría usarse para estacionamiento, almacenamiento o más espacio para otras unidades de casas móviles.
En el mundo del autoalmacenaje, estamos continuamente evaluando posibles acuerdos y estamos cerca de firmar un contrato que nos permitirá invitar a inversionistas pasivos a la oportunidad de invertir con nosotros. Mantente atento a más información que se publicará próximamente.
